Short Description

Take two days to open your arms to yourself, your thoughts, your life... by discovering or going deeper into the Work of Byron Katie, as she says: “What I love about the past is that it’s over.” Is it over for you? Or does it keep you from enjoying your life here and now?

Description

In a quiet and inspiring space, these two days of diving into the Work of Byron Katie are an invitation to shed some light on anything and everything in your life. By identifying your stressful or painful thoughts, asking the 4 questions of the Work and turning the thoughts around, you will discover new perspectives. What if these new perspectives offered you the joy and peace you are searching for?

Nothing is too dark or too scary to investigate with The Work of Byron Katie. Meditating on stressful situations of your life, notice your beliefs, question them, see them transform themselves as does your life. The Work is an invitation to get in touch with your own wisdom, your own resources and your endless source of peace.
